Processing time

The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, check out the individual items.

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Send items back within 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase

Will I be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item?

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and therefore for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost with the untraceable shipping service.

What happens if I need to change the delivery instructions?
